    Smithfield Fresh Meats Sales Corp. seeks Trade Sales Manager, China, in Kansas City, MO to export sales to China, claim resolution, and translate documents and conference calls from English to Mandarin. Travel to plants domestically and internationally and visit customers. Coordinate with logistics department and CSR group to ensure orders are placed and shipped on time. Perform analysis on pork products, production, and markets. Buy, sell, and coordinate sale negotiations while adhering to Chinese trade and export laws and regulations. Execute international trading. Handles customer visits between China, the U.S. and the company’s plants.

     

     

     

    Qualifications

    Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Sales & Marketing, International Business, English, International Trade or a related field and two (2) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation: analyzing commodity trading and markets.
