The Benefits Customer Service Specialist will be part of a team that fields customer service calls from employees, members, Human Resource offices, providers, and third party vendors for approximately 38,000 members. The calls will be on a variety of benefits related eligibility queries including, but not limited to, medical, prescription, dental, vision, life, disability, Employee Assistance Program (EAP), and Flexible Spending Account (FSA) benefits.
